Nestled in the campus’ apartment building, our lounge-style restaurant and café offers a delicious array of New American cuisine, made to order for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner enjoyment. Savor a morning cup of specialty coffee, snag a salad, wrap, or sandwich from our to-go case on your way to perusing the local shopping scene. Gather with company at one of our spacious tables—sharing a charcuterie board as you peruse the menu and enjoy the views of nature from the patio. Continuum of Care
Messiah Lifeways’ continuum of care, offered at Messiah Village, is also available to Fernecrest residents as they age—providing them with the opportunity to make decisions in their aging journey, and receive the support they may one day need, on their terms. Enhanced Living
Enhanced Living, also known as Personal Care, is designed for residents who want to maintain a private living space but also are in need of consistent assistance with some daily activities, whether it be meal preparation, medication assistance, grooming and hygiene, housekeeping, or shopping. To meet the personalized needs of each resident, we offer a variety of Enhanced Living care packages, including health and memory support. Just like Residential Living residents, those residing in an Enhanced Living neighborhood have access to all of Messiah Lifeways at Messiah Village’s on-campus amenities.
Skilled Nursing
In our six nursing care neighborhoods, residents receive compassionate, dignified care in a home-like setting. Both private and semi-private rooms are available, and neighborhood dining and living areas offer a personalized setting for the enjoyment of daily chef-made meals and activities—fostering opportunities for gathering and community-building. We believe in person-centered care and offer specialized care for memory support, rehab, and long-term nursing needs.
Home Care
At Home services are available to residents throughout all levels of care, in addition to members of the broader local community. At Home services are offered on an hourly rate, depending upon the particular service requested, which range from companionship to transportation, help around the house, and most other tasks upon request.

Transitional Care
Wagner Transitional Care features private rooms designed for individuals who are recovering from illness or surgery and may require rehabilitative services including physical, occupational, and speech therapies as ordered by a physician. We are committed to getting you back on the road to recovery and back to functioning at the highest level possible.
